51st Annual ASADS Conference

The Alabama School of Alcohol and Other Drug Studies (ASADS) invites professionals, researchers, educators, clinicians, prevention specialists, peer support professionals, students, and community leaders to submit abstracts for presentation at the 51st Annual ASADS Conference, taking place March 15–19, 2027, at the Bryant Conference Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

For more than five decades, ASADS has served as a premier educational and networking event dedicated to advancing prevention, treatment, recovery, and public health initiatives. We are seeking dynamic presentations that provide practical tools, innovative approaches, emerging research, and evidence-based practices that support professionals working across the behavioral health continuum.

Submission Guidelines

Abstract submissions should include:

All submissions will be reviewed by the ASADS Conference Planning Committee based on relevance, educational value, innovation, and applicability to the conference audience.
